Manufacturers’ warranties are applicable to defective items only. Regular wear and tear from daily use or damage as a result of improper installation by the customer are NOT covered. (In certain cases, as with a number of our vanity sinks, warranties are voided if the item is not installed by a professional.)
The details of each item’s warranty will vary, depending upon the manufacturer and item type. Please read the warranty information that comes with your item, or check the manufacturer’s Website for specific details. Minimum warranty is one (1) year.
All warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and NOT Kirk Imports Furniture. Kirk Imports Furniture will gladly assist you in any warranty claims but cannot be held responsible for the outcome of those claims. Customer is responsible for any charges incurred in submitting the warranty claim.
Warranties are provided to point of purchase and not to point of delivery. If a replacement item or part is needed, the customer is responsible for those charges.
